I have forgotten my password

Step 1

To reset your password click on the “Log In” button at the top of any page on our site.

Step 2

Click on the help icon.

Step 3

You will be taken to a page that looks like this.

Step 4

Enter your email address in the form field and press “Reset Password”. To ensure that you receive your password reset request, whitelist our domain in your email client.

Step 5

Check your inbox and junk folders for a reset email.

Step 6

Click on the link in the email.

Step 7

Enter your new password in both the boxes shown below and then click on “save”.

Your new password is now active.
