To all of our valued students,
I just wanted to update you on the situation with NUS Extra.
On the 13th August NUS Extra changed name and re-branded to TOTUM and , without prior warning to us (or any other online course provider) have taken the decision to prevent our students from applying for NUS Extra cards.
We are shocked that they gave us no indication of termination of their service, and communication from NUS Extra until this afternoon was not forthcoming. They have, at midday (Friday 17th August 2018) informed us that they no longer accept online providers.
Even though this was completely out of our hands, we are upset and frustrated with NUS Extra for their handling of the situation and more importantly we are more upset for all our loyal students who now cannot benefit from the card.
We are currently looking for alternative solutions and hope to update you on these in near future. In the meantime as a sincere apology for the inconvenience NUS extra have caused we would like to offer any of our students a 90% discount for any future course purchases – simply just enter the discount code – SORRY90 – at checkout – this voucher is valid until 31st October 2018.
Finally, we are a family business who strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This action by NUS has lead us inadvertently to letting some of our customers down and we can only whole heartedly apologise for doing so.
